Carrying out any activity implies knowledge and acceptance of the following conditions:
- The activity to be carried out takes place in a natural environment, in the mountains, which must be respected and which requires careful environmental behavior.
- The activity that will be carried out is an activity that will be carried out in a natural environment, not controlled by man and that has risks that cannot be completely controlled by the Guide and the company.
- The activity is led by a qualified guide and is developed within their professional competencies. The guide is the one who directs the activity, having to attack his decisions during the practice of the same.
- I declare that I have been told about the activity and the risks involved.
- I know the activity that we are going to carry out, the place where it is done, the trip that involves arriving at the place and the special characteristics of the activity, as well as the requirements that I require to be able to participate.
- I agree to follow the instructions and orders of the technicians during the activities, in case of non-compliance it may lead to the completion of this.
- I assume responsibility for the acts I perform that are not according to the explanations and / or orders of the guide.
- I have the necessary material approved for the activity and the company has given me the necessary technical material for it. The material is in good condition and within its useful life. I undertake to return the material delivered by the organization in the same condition in which it was provided to me or to pay its value in the event of loss or deterioration.
- I know the price of the activity and what it includes and what it doesn’t include.
- The company informed me that it has Civil Liability and Accident Insurance for participants.
- I have been informed that I have the claims form at my disposal.

As a participant in the activity, I have informed Muntanyes de Llum that I do not suffer from any illness that could influence the development of the activity.
- I declare that I have been informed of all these assumptions.
- The activity may be suspended due to weather and / or technical reasons foreseen or unforeseen.
- I accept the use of the data, photographs and videos for commercial purposes of Muntanyes de Llum, or by its collaborating companies (in case of not accepting it send mail with name, surnames and DNI to info@muntanyesdellum.com expressing the refusal of its use).
PAYMENT CALENDAR
At the time of booking, 30% of the amount of the contracted activity must be paid 15 days before the activities.
The season ticket can be made by bank transfer to the BBVA number ES45 0182 1807 1602 0151 4300 in the name of Muntanyes de Llum, sending the proof of payment by e-mail to info@muntanyesdellum.com and specifying the name of the reservation and the data.
The remaining amount must be paid by transfer 5 days before the activity

CONDITIONS MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
If you want to change the date and / or number of people, you must check availability.
If, for any reason, a reservation needs to be canceled or modified, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation of the activity less than 7 days in advance will result in the loss of 100% of the amount of the reservation.
- The costs of cancellation of accommodation, transport, … will be borne by the customer (according to the own policies of cancellation of accommodation, transport …)

MINORS
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, in case they want to participate they must only give the authorization and consent to participate in the activity in writing and duly signed by their parents or legal guardians.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data will be included in the database exclusively for internal use and in accordance with data protection law 15/1999 (LOPDCP). Personal data will be treated confidentially. We also inform you that the interested party may exercise the right of access, rectification or cancellation by sending a letter to Muntanyess de Llum.
